MARIE AND JOSEPH PAPILLON

After 12 years living in Rowville, Marie and Joseph Papillon were ready for a change of pace. The couple are set to build a four bedroom Simonds home with a backyard, so their children and two grandchildren can visit during school holidays.

"Joseph and I love the Bellarine Peninsula, and have always wanted to retire down the coast to enjoy a more peaceful lifestyle. We knew Curlewis Parks was right for us as soon as we saw it. We fell in love with the great location and affordable price, and purchased a lot straight away. Working with the Estate Manager Shayne was a really easy and stress-free experience," Marie said.

"The area is perfect for us, especially being so close to the beach. I can't wait to start my days with a morning swim in the ocean.

"We're within walking distance to the charming and well-established Drysdale community, and are excited to explore the local wineries and nearby coastal towns such as Ocean Grove and Point Lonsdale.

"Being only a short journey from Melbourne, it's also really easy for our children and two grandchildren to visit during school holidays or for us to visit them at the family home.

"We can't wait to spend more time doing the things we love in our new life at Curlewis Parks on the Bellarine Peninsula."

MARGARET AND NOEL MENNER

After living in Highton, Geelong, Margaret Noel Menner were looking for a quieter lifestyle in a close-knit community. The couple are set to build a four bedroom Dennis home with a double garage and backyard in the Drysdale area.

"We originally looked at a retirement village, but it was not quite right and also out of our price range. After looking around at established houses, we decided to build our dream home instead. We knew Curlewis Parks was perfect as soon as we saw it, and the sales manager was extremely helpful during the whole process," Noel said.

"The slower pace of Curlewis is just what Margaret and I wanted after living in bustling Geelong. There is a real community feel to the area, and a great local bowling club. We were excited to join the Clifton Springs bowling club and get to know our new neighbours."

"We also love being close to the beach, and can't wait for some warmer weather!"
